30th..

checked into swissotel with my sis, the girls and my mom.. the girls totally dig staying in hotels.. they dance.. sing.. play hide and seek.. blahblahblah. so at first i was in room 2465..... WHICH IS CRAP BECAUSE THE AIR CONDITIONER WASNT WORKING!! and i stupidly endured it cos i thought.. "daphne, maybe u too excited thats why u think the room isnt cold at all." so i asked my mom (which was a stupid choice cos she hates the airconditioner) and all she said was "no lah the aircon is working.. quite cooling wat......."

until like everyone else came, and then they all commented that the room wasnt cold at all. so i called the operator blahblahblah and finally got a change of room to room 4166!! quite paiseh cos when the guy came up, we had to like bring up the extra towels, extra pillows, extra wine glasses blahblah.

anyway thank you for all the presents, alcohol and yadayadayada. and thank you to those who took care of me. thank you jie for the verycheap room.... and yadayadayada. blast!

and so the next day, or rather on my birthday.. i met beks for dinner (thankyou!) and then we went to church. (as ive said, "for me to wash my sins. haha") and then i dunno how come, i ended up walking from liangseah to makino to boatquay with denise and elin and we didnt even drink. amazing.
